No European people has a larger aversion against budgetting as the Norwegians. This is the result of a survey made by Respons Analyse for RNB. Only 26% of the Norwegians make a budget on a regular basis, which is way lower than in the rest of Europe. In Denmark the share is 63%, in Sweden 42% and (maybe a bit surprising regarding the current debt crisis) the Greek are at the top with almost 80 % of the population making budget regularily.
At the same time the amount of debt collection is sky rocketting. Last year at total of 70 billion Norwegian Kroner were up for debt collection.
